    The agriculture sector has been a star performer in South Africa’s economy this year, achieving double-digit growth in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Agriculture recorded a 28,6% growth rate in the first quarter, followed by 15,1% growth in the second quarter (on an annualised basis), making it the only sector to achieve positive growth.
