WALK YOUR WAY TO MENTAL WELLBEING

We all know how much better we feel when we get out of the house and blow the cobwebs away a good . Physiologically, walking helps to get oxygenated blood circulating around your body and to your vital organs, including the brain, which is essential for uplifting your mood. In addition, it provides you with a bit of time and space to free your mind and focus on your surroundings.
