4 eggs
2/ ³ cup (150g) firmly packed brown sugar
1 ¹/ ³ cups (160g) hazelnut meal
½ cup (125ml) cream
¼ cup (15g) espresso coffee granules
2/ ³ cup (100g) self-raising flour
2 cups (500ml) vanilla custard

1 Whisk eggs and sugar in a large bowl until combined. Whisk in hazelnut meal.
