THE CLOCKS on board are all frozen at one minute past three in the afternoon. That was the time, on December 11 1997, when The Queen was piped ashore for the very last time.
Forty-four years earlier she had sent a posh bottle of wine on a collision course with the ship’s bow and named her Britannia.
Between those two moments the ship had travelled the world many times, covering more than a million miles, bought great happiness to The Queen and her family and thrilled the
