    For the past two weeks, TV presenter Julia Bradbury has risen early, thrown open her doors, listened to the birdsong and gone for a swim.

    “I have this feeling of embracing everything now, grabbing everything that life has to offer with open arms,” she tells HELLO! in this exclusive photoshoot and interview. “I wasn’t sure that I would ever travel again – and certainly wasn’t sure whether I’d wear a bikini ever again.”

    Known for her walking shows, the BBC’s Countryfile and hiking across stunning landscapes, Julia, 51, is on holiday with her family – partner Gerry and their three children Zeph, ten, and seven-year-old twins Xanthe and Zena – staying at the luxury Heritage Le Telfair resort in the Bel Ombre district of Mauritius.

    The trip coincides with Julia’s emotionally raw documentary this
