275g packet frozen sweet tart cases (12)
2 limes
2 eggs, separated, at room temperature
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk ½ cup caster sugar
1 Place sweet tart cases on an oven tray.
2 Cook in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 12 minutes, or until edges are light golden. Remove and let cool.
