For the past two years, the better part of which has been spent rattling around the house, food has assumed a divine assignation both in its omnipotence and omnipresence. “Food became a major source of comfort, creativity and release for people around the world during the global standstill wrought by the pandemic in 2020,” says Manisha Bhasin, Corporate Chef, ITC hotels.
