ALTHOUGH MANY people are now heading back to workplaces, plenty are still working from home, either part time or permanently. This has led to a rise in stiff necks and back pain.
Back in 2020, a quarter of working Brits took up residence on their sofa with a laptop, and one in four were even sitting on a bed or the living room floor to work*. The majority of people tried to adapt their working space to make themselves more comfortable, with 30 per cent sitting on cushions and 21 per cent using books or board games
