GREAT BAKES!

ONE-DISH PASTA BAKE

SERVES 6 PREP 5 MINS COOK 45 MINS

500g dried penne
2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes
2 cups water
100g salami, thinly sliced
3 green onions,finely chopped, plus extra to serve
½ cup pitted olives, sliced
½ tsp chilli flakes
¹/ ³ cup grated tasty cheese
¹/ ³ cup fresh breadcrumbs

1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease an 8-cup baking dish.

2 In a prepared dish, combine pasta, tomatoes, water, salami, onions, olives and chilli flakes. Gently toss to combine. Season. Cover with foil. Bake 30 mins, turning occasionally.

Meanwhile, combine cheese and breadcrumbs in a small bowl. Remove foil and sprinkle over pasta. Bake a further 10-15
