EASY PASTA BAKES

SUPER-EASY TUNA PASTA BAKE

SERVES 4 PREP 5 MINS COOK 30 MINS

375g spiral pasta
490g jar carbonara sauce
425g can canned tuna in oil, drained
1 cup frozen peas
80g fresh baby spinach leaves
2 cups grated cheese
cherry tomatoes, quartered, to serve

1 Preheat oven to 200°C.

2 In a stockpot of boiling, salted water, cook pasta following packet directions until just tender. Drain, reserving ½ cup cooking liquid. Return pasta to stockpot.

3 In a small saucepan, stir sauce over a medium heat until hot. Add to pasta with tuna, peas, spinach, half the cheese and the reserved cooking liquid. Stir to combine.
