Stepping on the scales, I looked down at the number and felt a sinking feeling.
How is that possible? I thought.
I tracked everything I was eating and drinking – everything that passed my lips was written down in the notes app in my phone, so I could make sure I stayed within my daily calorie range.
But I’d still put on a few pounds.
I cut down my calorie intake until I got back
