Cat Jeter, known as “Grandma Cat” on the West Coast, is one of the most well-known cannabis activists in the Pacific Northwest, and one of the most influential cannabis activists I have ever known. During my first year as a veteran (2010-2011), I often found myself simply watching and listening to her. Jeter’s devotion and dedication to cannabis legalization was and to this day is contagious.
