The Artistic Itch

I have always known that I had creative side, but wasn’t sure which direction to take. I’ve tried many different artistic avenues, from calligraphy, silk painting, painting stage props, and graphic design, but was still unable to satisfy that artistic itch.

My primary inspiration and artistic desire has been fuelled and nurtured by my self-taught, artistic mother, who now at 89 years-of-age, is still painting. She inspires me every day. You would be forgiven to think that you had stepped into an Art Gallery when you enter her house, with every inch of wall space adorning her paintings. She gave me such a wonderful gift - “imagination”.
