Friendly people, a lower population density, and an abundance of activities capped with electrifying sunsets are a few reasons Jeanne and Mike Petrolino moved from Coral Springs on Florida’s East Coast to Naples. “We were coming here to visit on weekends and finally asked ourselves, ‘What are we doing?’” Jeanne says.

Mike commutes periodically to the East Coast for his job as a vice president for Lennar Corp.
