Tell us a bit about Washpool and what inspired you to create it…
I know the classic reason for creating a skincare product is the driving force of a loved one with a sensitivity to ingredients in commercial products. A problem, a solution and a great story.
The truth, for me, is a little different. In my mid-thirties I left Brisbane and an academic career in education to marry Warren and move to our remote cattle property. The next few years were a whirlwind of record-breaking, soul-destroying drought interwoven with the birth and nurturing of three beautiful children.
