lthough it’s December, we don’t have to have Christmas lunches, duck and roast pork all the time. Our December menu consists of a delicious, homemade chicken salad and slow-roasted beef loin with homemade whisky sauce and sweet root vegetables. The dessert is a classic Danish rice pudding with almonds that adds a bit of a Christmas feel.
