    CHICAGO — A west suburban woman was arrested Wednesday on federal charges alleging she illegally entered the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot more than a year ago, then texted with a friend the next day who told her, “Don’t be sad. Be prepared. We are all f-----.”
