Maggie’s Japanese cotton cheesecake

1½ teaspoon vino cotto
130g cream cheese, room temperature
35g unsalted butter, room temperature
30ml full-cream milk pinch salt flakes
1 tablespoon pure cream
3 eggs, fridge cold
30g plain flour
10g cornflour
½ teaspoon fresh lemon
