Wild tiger prawn salad
Add this refreshing dish to your summer spread!
SERVES 2 Soak 400g kelp noodles in warm water, 15g lemon juice and a scant pinch of salt for 30 mins, then drain. Slice 300g medley cherry tomatoes in half, then set aside. Deseed and slice 1 long green chilli and 1 long red chilli, then set aside.
