We’re all aware some projects can often take a long time to complete, but others can take longer to even begin. It was way back in 1991 when Steve Coyles first had a dream to build himself a modified two-door Mk1 Cortina and after almost five years of hard graft he’s now finally achieved his goal. It’s not been a straightforward process by any means, but Steve has successfully managed to bring his idea of a perfect Mk1 to life, retaining those all-important classic looks while incorporating a modern 170 bhp Zetec twist.
