She has her own gym at home, but Krissy Cela still prefers working out among other women.

“Seeing women do something exceptional for themselves makes me smile,” the London-based 27-year-old fit-tech entrepreneur tells hello!. “Whatever their goal, it doesn’t matter. They showed up.”

Krissy’s love for seeing women get active has won her an incredible 2.5 million followers on Instagram. Inspired by the fact so many people were enjoying her candid wellness content and workouts, she launched her fitness app Tone & Sculpt in 2019, followed the next year by her activewear range Oner Active.

If that wasn’t enough, 2021 saw her release her hotly anticipated debut book Do This For You, while her second, Happy Healthy Strong, came out last week.
