When picking goals for the year ahead, it’s easy to focus on the changes we’d like to see in ourselves. Maybe we’d like to lose weight, drink less or exercise more. Or perhaps we’d like to leave our comfort zone with a new job or trip abroad. As well as taking steps to improve our own wellbeing, however, this is an ideal time to look at ways to help others.
