Spiced chicken thighs, cucumber salad and turmeric yoghurt

SERVES 2

• 2 tsp sumac
• 2 tsp zaatar
• 5 tbsp olive oil
• 1 lemon, zest
• 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
• 4 organic chicken thighs
• 2 sweet pointed red peppers, chopped into 4cm chunks
• 1 red onion, roughly chopped
• Sea salt and black pepper

FOR THE CUCUMBER SALAD

• 1 cucumber, halved, de-seeded and cut into 2cm slices• 2 tbsp sesame• ½ lemon, juiced• 1 tsp nigella seeds• 1 tsp sesame seeds• Small handful of mint, finely chopped• Pinch of sea salt
