I tried to focus my eyes on the textbook in front of me. My vision blurred, and another wave of fatigue enveloped my brain.

I can’t concentrate on anything, I thought wearily, rubbing my swollen eyes.

Having just started a legal service diploma at TAFE, I needed to study a few nights a week. I could barely keep focused for a few seconds, though. I’d felt like this for months.
