CHAR-GRILLED BROCCOLINI WITH WHIPPED TOFU & SOY-YUZU DRESSING
Serves 4 Prep + cooking time 35 mins
600g medium-firm tofu
2 small cloves garlic, finely grated
125ml (½ cup) grapeseed oil
300g snow peas, trimmed
200g podded frozen edamame
350g broccolini, trimmed
450g firm tofu, cut into 1cm-thick slices
2 watermelon radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced on a mandolin
2 spring onions, cut into julienne
TO SERVE
Toasted sesame seeds and togarashi (see note)
SOY-YUZU DRESSING
tbsp soy sauce tbsp finely grated ginger sesame oil tbsp yuzu juice
