    Mixologist Barry Larkin, who designed many local bar programs before opening Seventh South last year, uses the innovative menu of chef Jay Schrednitz to create a seasonally changing list of craft cocktails. Highlights include Dear Dad (house blend of rums, banana and bitter liqueur, and chocolate walnut bitters) and Iceberg Theory (Codigo Rosa tequila, maraschino liqueur, grapefruit, bitters, and basil), garnished with a dose of old-fashioned hospitality.
