With each new year, there’s always the opportunity to set new intentions and goals for the year ahead. It can be tempting to make them quite broad and almost unachievable with goals such as ‘lose weight’ or ‘travel more’. If you look at the motivation behind your goal you can usually break them down into something that’s more attainable.
