MINIATURES AND MORE AT NORMANBY HALL

Similar to other events, Normanby Hall Steam & Vintage Gathering was cancelled in 2020, but over the weekend of 18 & 19 September a good and varied selection of miniatures and other vintage equipment was on display. Steam miniature owner Mal Jordan went along to have a look.

The event at Normanby Hall has been ongoing for over 25 years and the organisers, having cancelled last year’s show due to Covid 19, wanted to get the newly-named Normanby Hall - Steam & Vintage Gathering up and running again as soon as possible.

Normanby Hall near Scunthorpe in north Lincolnshire has many of its own attractions in its grounds, along with a narrow-gauge railway, which has around two-thirds of a mile of track through the woods, and this section is organised separately by the Scunthorpe Model Engineering Club.
