The French Alps and northern Italy have always been the go-to destinations for MTB holidays,

or even Whistler, if you’re really lucky (or loaded!). However, with flights grounded and quarantine compulsory for much of the past two years, many of us have embraced the idea of an MTB ‘staycation’ instead. But can you really replicate the chalet experience we crave on home soil? MTB Beds invited us up to the Scottish Borders town of Peebles to find out.
