    BITTEN BY THE BUG

    I started cold-water lake swimming (breaststroke) in a bid to aid my poor circulation in May 2021. As a personal trainer, I had a relatively good base fitness. But I was shocked at how tough I found swimming 50m; I was blowing like a whale. I entered the Blenheim Sprint Triathlon in September as a goal to improve my swimming (aim high!).
