Can we bring back these Black Hawthorns from Spain?

AS WILL be known to some readers, a scrapyard in Zaragoza, Spain, contains several locomotives that have survived derelict for about four decades. The most noteworthy are two Black Hawthorn metre gauge 4-4-0STs (works numbers 618 and 676 of 1881/2), originally built for the Carcagente-Denia Railway.

In addition to being the only surviving British-built locomotives of this wheel arrangement and tank configuration, at least in the Northern Hemisphere, one member of the class (originally six-strong) became a film star, featuring in the film Krakatoa – East of Java.
