We caught up with Peter Andre to talk about his new fitness app, #itsfine, between rehearsals for his role in Grease The Musical – and the singer stresses that: “I’m not just the face or an ambassador, I’m a co-founder. This is long term. We’re not expecting people to change their 20-year-old mindset – it’ll take time.” Here, the 48-year-old father of four chats to hello! about keeping in shape, guilt-free eating and why he treats himself daily.

Peter, what was the inspiration behind your #itsfine app?

“Over the years people have said to me: ‘You can’t eat late at night,’ ‘You shouldn’t eat too many carbs,’ or: ‘You shouldn’t have fats.’ I’ve heard it all. But I don’t live like that and I’ve been told it’s not good for you. People think I must watch everything I eat and I don’t.
