Culmstock - then and now

Here’s another then and now picture, or at least as close as I can get from available resources. In my feature on the Hemyock branch (page 8) I mention the popularity of this picturesque railway with enthusiasts. As if to reinforce that impression, in the days since I wrote it, I have discovered enough photographs of the branch to illustrate it twice over! I have concentrated on using most of the colour photographs but this is one monochrome image that I could not resist publishing even if there was no space for it in the feature.
