FANCY A NIGHT AT THE MOVIES?

In today's cinemas, railway-related movies are few and far between. Modern movie heroes dash about in fast cars or fantasy space vehicles. As a ‘senior citizen’ I seldom go near a cinema these days. Modern movies don't usually have anything that interests me – and my interests DO go beyond trains! I think my last movie night out was to and that was mainly my daughter's choice. From memory, there were fewer than 20 of us in the cinema. My earliest ‘train movie’ memory is from my teens, (the Kenneth More version) with, from memory, maroon BR Mk1s on the Forth
