    Gingerbread Biscoff Drip Cake

    A feast for all your senses, this is a fantastic alternative for those who don’t like fruit cake.

    SERVES 16 PREP 40 MINS COOK 20 MINS

    ✱ 175g butter, diced
    ✱ 150g dark muscovado sugar
    ✱ 3tbsp black treacle
    ✱ 150ml milk
    ✱ 225g plain flour, sifted
    ✱ 1tbsp ground ginger
    ✱ 1tsp bicarbonate of soda
    ✱ 2 eggs, beaten

    For the frosting:

    ✱ 2 x 180g tubs cream cheese
    ✱ 400g Lotus Biscoff Spread
    ✱ 210g jar Wilkin & Sons Ltd
    Tiptree Salted Caramel Spread
    ✱ McVitie’s Mini Gingerbread Men biscuits, to decorate
