    Cucumber Bacon Bites

    Makes 12, Prep 15 mins

    2 Lebanese cucumbers
    ½ x 185g tub onion and bacon dip
    2 tsps chopped fresh chives Smoked paprika, to garnish

    Trim ends from cucumbers. Using a vegetable peeler, remove skin at 1cm intervals down the length of the cucumbers. Cut cucumbers into 12 x 2cm-thick rounds.
