After tying my shoelaces, I put on my headphones.
A dance teacher, on Saturdays I liked to recharge after a week of classes, with a five kilometre run.
I’d adored dancing since I was five. And my daughter, Tiana, 18, had followed in my footsteps teaching dance. Her sister, Faith, eight, wasn’t far behind.
My sons, Logan, 22, and Eli, 13, had two left feet though!
