500G SAUSAGE MEAT
2 TSP FRESH CHIVES, CHOPPED
2 TSP FRESH PARSLEY, CHOPPED
2 TSP FRESH THYME, CHOPPED
250G SLICED PANCETTA
250G CAUL FAT (A MEMBRANE THAT ENCASES THE DIGESTIVE ORGANS OF PIGS AND COWS AND IS USED IN COOKING TO ENCASE MEAT)
40G BUTTER
