Relax with Restorative Yoga

Are you feeling like you need some time to relax and unwind? This practice uses breath and movement to soothe your overstimulated nervous system and calm your mind. Do it when you notice you’re feeling stressed to melt away tension and leave you feeling refreshed.
For this practice you’ll need two yoga blocks and a bolster. If you don’t have these items you can substitute books for blocks and a pillow, a folded blanket, or a rolled towel for a bolster.
