I’M PLEASED to say that on October 23 we managed to stage the Morpeth & District CBS show, after an absence last year due to the Covid lockdown.

Preparations for the show were always contingent on how the Covid situation was, so our planning was provisional and cautionary. Even from the point of deciding that we would try to hold a show this year, we had to adopt a slightly different approach. This included leaving the printing of schedules as late as possible, to avoid unnecessary work and costs if the show had to be cancelled.
