Sausage in the hole
‘If any of you watch This Morning on ITV, you will know why I have called this recipe “sausage in the hole” rather than toad in the hole; you must agree that toad in the hole doesn’t sound as appetising…’
SERVES 4 PREP 5 MINS, PLUS RESTING COOK 40 MINS

✱ 150ml milk
✱ Fine sea salt and ground black pepper
