HONDA CB250N SUPERDREAM

I have an old Honda CB250N and was thinking of replacing the glass fuses with blade fuses. I read that I cannot replace glass fuses with blade fuses of the same rating, i.e. I can’t put a 10-amp blade fuse in to replace a 10-amp glass fuse. This was to do with continuous flow of current and maximum capacity – the current at which the fuse will actually blow. I think, if
