Holding my darling boy in my arms for the first time, I breathed in that amazing newborn smell.

As my fiancé Adam, 34, snapped a picture, I smiled at the camera.

I couldn’t believe we had a son at last.

Cameron was everything we’d hoped for and more.

We already had a daughter, Morgan, now 12, and now a son would be joining us.

Passing all his newborn checks, we were soon discharged.
