ORGANISING CLUB OF THE YEAR: SPEDEWORTH MOTORSPORTS

Emerging from lockdown wasn’t easy for anyone and the headaches for race promoters and organisers, particularly with the fluid rules from the government, made things even harder.

Spedeworth Motorsport, the short oval kings, was one club that took the plunge as soon as it could to get action going again. It runs seven venues throughout the UK and operates upwards of 20 different short oval categories.

Spedeworth is used to running up to 220 meetings per season and, despite the fact the meetings only really got going in May, the winner of the MN 2021
