illions of eyes have gazed upon (and shed tears at) the spectacular sights of Michelangelo’s at the Galleria dell’ Accademia di Firenze and Gian Lorenzo Bernini’s at the Borghese Gallery and Museum in Rome, but few have managed to capture their magnitude on film. Italian photographer Aurelio Amendola is the exception. The Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach will showcase Amendola’s work in “An Eye on Michelangelo and Bernini: Photographs by Aurelio Amendola,” on view from November 13 to January 30.
