DLM: How do you spend the holiday season?
TL: “If I’m lucky I go home for Christmas but I haven’t been home for Christmas in four years. I’m from Arizona and only get a chance to go back once a year.”
DLM: Where do you get your inspiration from for your amazing recipes?
“Each evening we open the doors to our restaurant as if it were our home, treating guests with warmth and graciousness. Rather than focus on any one Italian region, Olivia is all about the handmade pasta.”
