’ve always loved working on bikes. When I was racing, I built most of my bikes and did most of the work on them between races myself. I had always liked the thought of building a bike up that I spent time racing but had never really had the time or committed to the thought. So, like many, when the world was thrown a curveball last year, all of a sudden time became plentiful and I started looking. I found myself a 2002 YZ125 that cosmetically looked pretty sad, but I could tell from the ad photos that most of it was there and in reasonable condition.
