Would a dinosaur steak taste like chicken?

Dinosaurs were closely related to birds, so they probably tasted like them. But different birds have different flavours depending on activity and diet, and so would dinosaurs. Small herbivorous ones might have tasted like chicken, but a T. rex steak would probably taste more like an eagle or similar predator. AM
