EASTER EGG CAKE POPS

PREP + COOK TIME 1 HOUR (+ REFRIGERATION) MAKES 16

1 (350g) frozen chocolate cake (do not thaw before use)
500g white chocolate melts
16 lollipop sticks (see notes) icing flowers and small icing flowers

ROYAL ICING

1½ cups (240g) pure icing sugar
1 egg white
½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice yellow, green and pink food colouring
