Grace: Yes, I’m so grateful for my husband’s unwavering support over the years and to Bianca for literally standing by my side at the early Cooking Experiences [cooking demonstrations] we hosted in our home.

What is your favourite meal to make in the Thermomix and why?

Grace: There are so many options, but risotto is still one of my favourites, as it practically makes itself, with no stirring at all. The Thermomix does it all for you.
